By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of the Site. PrintingKart.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Electronic Communications

By using this Site, you agree to receive communications from us electronically. We may contact you via email or by posting notices on the Site. You may withdraw your consent by contacting customer care; however, doing so will require discontinuation of your use of the Site and your account.

You are granted a limited license to access and use this Site solely for preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services through PrintingKart.com.

You agree to use the Site responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not use the Site to:

  • Violate any intellectual property rights

PrintingKart.com may terminate services to users found to be in violation of these terms.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account access. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

5. Transfer of Title

All shipments are made FOB (Free On Board) shipping point. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier. For electronic products, delivery is deemed complete when we email the file or notify you that it’s available for download.

6. Customer File Responsibility

We print based on the files and settings you provide. It is your responsibility to verify accuracy before submitting. We are not liable for errors in the content or print settings provided by the customer. PDF format is highly recommended for accurate printing.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintingKart.com, its licensors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Any material submitted by you that infringes third-party rights

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. PrintingKart.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PrintingKart.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or service interruptions, even if advised of such possibilities.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

10. Feedback and Suggestions

Any suggestions or feedback submitted to PrintingKart.com are considered non-confidential and become our exclusive property, without compensation to you.

11. Payment Terms

  • All orders must be paid in advance.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Credit period: 30 days from invoice date.

  • Late payment incurs interest at 18% p.a., compounded annually.

  • If payment is not received, the order may be cancelled.

12. Confidentiality of Files

Uploaded files are deleted after printing and are not stored or shared. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they hold the rights for all submitted content.

We do not print certificates or mark sheets issued by government bodies or institutions. Any such orders will be stamped “COPY” or “DUPLICATE.”

13. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled after placement are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

  • Modifications to orders are at the discretion of our team and not guaranteed once the order is processed.

14. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery for up to 1000 pages and basic bindings:

    • Delhi: 4–7 working days

    • Other states: 7–10 working days

    • Add 1–2 days for soft/hard/glue tape/saddle stitch bindings.

  • Delivery times are counted from the next working day after order placement.

  • Large files or scanned files may have different timelines—please contact customer support.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

15. Offers and Promotions

  • Offers are time-bound and subject to specific conditions.

  • Coupons may require minimum cart value.

  • Only one coupon can be applied per order.

  • Free delivery offers apply to selected PIN codes and carriers.

  • Offers cannot be applied after order placement.

16. Printing Variations and Limitations

  • We are not liable for minor variations, margin differences, or binding issues unless they significantly differ from the selected specifications.

  • Borderless printing is not supported. Margins will be present unless trimming is requested (subject to availability).

  • In case of incorrect binding or major errors, refund is limited to the binding charges only.

  • We cover return shipping only in cases of wrong/damaged/defective products.

17. Damage Claims and Shortages

All damage or shortage claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. Claims after this period will not be entertained.

18. Objectionable Content

By using the Site, you acknowledge that you may encounter content deemed objectionable by some. You agree to use the Site at your own risk and waive any claims related to offensive content.

19. Accepted File Formats

We accept: PDF, DOCX, DOC, PPT, PPTX, JPG, PNG, ZIP.
We are not responsible for:

  • Corrupted or incomplete files

  • Differences due to software versions or fonts

  • Color variations between screen and print

Recommendation: Always upload a PDF for best results.

20. Refund Policy

  • No returns or cancellations once the order is placed.

  • Issues must be reported within 10 days of delivery with photographic proof.

  • No refunds for minor print defects (e.g., small dots, scratches, corner folds).

  • Refunds apply only to affected products or specific components (e.g., binding).

  • Duplicate payments will be refunded within 15 working days.

22. Definitions

  • Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Delhi
